Maksym is the author of numerous analytical publications, public consultations, and has acted as the organizer and keynote speaker at several international conferences and seminars. He is an active member of the Ukrainian Bar Association and European Business Association.
In June of 2009 Maksym was elected as the Vice-President of the Ukrainian Bar Association
